An absolute triumph.
Take control of Daren, an everyday guy trying to make his way in a world where his serious medical condition is scorned, ridiculed, and punished. Gameplay is varied and fresh. The games learning curve is manageable to new players while still offering plenty of advanced and nuanced gameplay mechanics for advanced players (such as the revolutionary "green bar" which allows Daren to hold his flatulence at bay for extended periods of time.) The presentation is fantastic. The design is solid. Sound effects are very well recorded and edited. They enhance the experience and really make you feel as though you are in Darens world. It is apparent that a great amount of detail was put into both sound and visual presentation. Quite simply put, this is one of the best gaming experiences to be had on iOS. 5 stars.
